About me

I'm a registered psychologist with AHPRA Australian Psychology Board.

I graduated in Vilnius University Lithuania with a masters in psychology and I am a  member of Australian Psychology Society.

I have over 10 years experience within psychology area including working in private practices and companies, government departments/programs and not for profit organizations. I have been exposed to a variety of presentations from complex clients with mental health diagnoses and traumas  to corporate leadership coaching to couples' relationship therapies.

I am trained in the provision of therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of my clients. These include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), skills training and goal setting. I also use Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy in my work with the couples.

I take a client-centred approach and believe in the benefits of open and honest communication. I aim to create a non-judgmental environment for my clients to empower them to resolve their issues and life dilemmas, and achieve personal growth.
